We will start with a 5 mile out and back trail hike and those wanting more mileage can join us for a second lap for a total of 10 miles. We will slowly progress in mileage and terrain throughout the year.

About the event

Please arrive early to stretch.

We will begin a 5 (or 10 mile) hike/walk meeting at the Java House, Midtown Carmel at 8:00 AM sharp.

What to bring:

  • Water
  • Weight vest or ruck pack if you want to increase the intensity
