Join us for a special afternoon focused on health, wellness and encouragement!
Performance coach Sharon Phillips will share practical insight on the importance of lifestyle and wellness when navigating trauma and grief. Originally from South Africa, Sharon works with athletes ranging from beginners to elite performers and brings a deeply encouraging perspective on resilience, strength, and mindset. Now in her 50s and a mother of five, including an adult son with severe autism, Sharon understands firsthand the realities of long-term caregiving, adversity, and choosing joy in the midst of life’s hardest challenges. She is one of the most positive, life-giving people you’ll ever meet! WE PROMISE YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!
We’ll begin with a complementary 30-minute beginner-friendly workout led by Tara:
• 15 minutes of treadmill walking
• 15 minutes of simple weight training
Everything will be low-impact and designed for all fitness levels, so please don’t feel intimidated, even if you've never set foot in a gym! This is about moving our bodies together and having fun.
Afterward, we’ll walk over to Los Arroyos for dinner because wellness is also about community and balance!
