We will start with a 4 mile roundtrip trail hike and those wanting more mileage can join us for an additional 4 or 6 miles. We will slowly progress in mileage and terrain throughout the year.

Please arrive early to stretch.

We will meet at the Java House, Midtown Carmel at 8:00 AM sharp.

What to bring:

  • Water
  • Weight vest or ruck pack      if you want to increase the intensity
