We will start with a 4 mile out and back trail hike and those wanting more mileage can join us for a second lap for a total of 8 miles. We will slowly progress in mileage and terrain throughout the year.

About the event

Please arrive early to stretch.

We will begin a 4 (or 8 mile) hike/walk meeting at the Java House, Midtown Carmel at 8:00 AM sharp.

What to bring:

  • Water
  • Weight vest or ruck pack if you want to increase the intensity
